There’s one thing I did early in my freelance writing career to score long-term clients.
I became obsessive about following up. After every project, I’d let it be known that I was ready for more. After a week or so of no contact, I would check in.
I’m sure I annoyed people at times, but all in all, it resulted in a consistent flow of work. Make this part of your daily routine.
